Weddings are about choosing people. You pick your spouse-to-be, you pick your closest loved ones to stand up with you as you commit your life to the one you love. You choose the people you want to witness this exchange. These choices are among the most important of your life. When I met Katie, she made it clear that she was the right choice to design our wedding. She picked me up when I was down, she talked me off ledges, she laughed with me when I couldn’t make simple decisions, she made some of those decisions for me. She fit in with the people I chose. She gave me the perfect wedding. The only credit I can take is choosing the right people, and she made the rest happen. It was the most beautiful experience of my life, and she put it together. I’m lucky to have had her as our wedding planner, and luckier still that we became instant friends. To all you future brides out there: choose Katie to be one of your people. You won’t regret it.

Flawless in both execution and communication! Katie and her team made my planning experience easy and stress free. Especially since it was a destination wedding and so much goes into properly executing. They answered every email, phone call and text message I had. I can honestly say that had I not of had them in my corner that day it would not of been perfection. From the moment we landed in Bermuda, Katie exceeded what it meant to plan a wedding. Meeting at the hotel days prior, putting together all of our vendors and working directly with the hotel (Rosewood - which they have an impeccable relationship with) even recommending hair and makeup team and coordinating that without me even having to lift a finger. To be quite honest, at the start of our wedding planning I thought I could do it on my own and truth was I couldn’t. There were so many details I didn’t want to forget and Katie ensured that my vision came to life. As a Bride, entrusting people to make your dreams come true can often put pressure and added stress where it doesn’t need to be. I am forever grateful to both of them for making our dreams come true and for giving me everything I could have imagined and more. No task too small, no question to big. Responsive, caring, calm! Gets sh*t done! We came to Katie for a destination wedding for 45 guests. We wanted a week long event with a rehearsal bbq, and catamaran boat for all guests. Katie understood the assignment and helped us make decisions quickly. The day of the wedding was stormy and gloomy and windy - think 30knots winds… she pivoted quickly and kept us calm while ensuring that the wedding was a huge success. From the first phone call to the conclusion of the event All the Trimmings were absolutely amazing. Took all the stress away from me. All I had to do was give them my suggestions and they executed. There was an issue with the food caterer, which they helped resolve and at the actual event when it was discovered that a particular wine we had asked for wasn't on the boat, they arranged for the boat to make an unprecedented stop to retrieve a few bottles! Katie and her team are true professionals and I wouldn't plan any event in the future without them.

My husband and I wanted to get married in Bermuda, but we were not sure if that would be a possibility both logistically and financially. Upon first meeting with Katie, we immediately knew our dream wedding could be a reality with her help. We explained what we wanted and our budget and she wasted no time finding us vendors who fit exactly what we needed. We were able to go down to Bermuda and Katie set up a day where she sat down with us and we met with all vendors. Her connections and knowledge of the industry were impeccable. We loved all the vendors we met with and each fit right in our price range we asked for. Our day in October at Cambridge Beaches was absolutely magical. Katie was not only amazing to have in our corner professionally but she is such a kind, bubbly person. We truly enjoyed getting to know Katie and cannot wait to see her during future visits to Bermuda. Our wedding day unfortunately did not see the best weather, but Katie made the venue changes extremely seamlessly and easy on us. It ended up being a beautiful day and the weather cleared up a bit following our ceremony allowing us to enjoy cocktail hour outside.
